Located in the Gulf of Procchio, the Luca Apartments have the characteristic of being in a quiet position and a few meters from the golden sandy beach that can be easily reached on foot, one of the longest on the island of Elba.

A green lawn, many fruit trees, pines and many flowers surround the structure in a relaxing atmosphere.

The center of the town of Procchio is only 300 meters away, a small tourist center, but with all the services.

The apartments

The structure consists of apartments of various sizes (two-room and three-room apartments) that can accommodate from 2 up to a maximum of 5 people. All apartments are independent, equipped with LCD TV, Wi-Fi and some with independent heating and have a covered loggia available; the three-room apartments on the ground floor have two verandas equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and a private grill, while those on the upper floor have a terrace which is also equipped.

The property has private covered parking and a coin-operated laundry.

On the beach you will find various services such as a large buoy field for mooring boats and renting sailing and motor boats, while, along the promenade towards the center, you will find the sailing school with Catamarans, Optimist, and other boat rentals.
