It is a real pleasure to spend ones vacations in the apartments immersed in the green, to enjoy from the verandas the sight of the Stella Gulf and the incredible spectacles of the sundowns, to listen to the chants of the seagulls, to hear the caresses of the wind in the trees and to have the rumors of the ocean in the background.
The approach of natural oasis and oasis of peace and relax is immediate.
The Residence has 10 apartments, 2-room apartments and 3-room apartments, all modernly furnished and equipped with private telephone, color Sat-TV and small safe.
There is also a swimming pool in the center of the park and a private beach (on the Morcone beach) which is approx. 250 meters away, equipped with deck chairs an umbrellas and which can easily be reached over a small footpath immersed in the green of the surrounding vegetation.
The private parking is covered.
