Villa Pace is a beautiful property for 8/10 people in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Portoferraio surrounded by greenery.
Internally it offers a typical Tuscan tradition furniture.
On the main floor there is a large kitchen equipped with induction hobs and double sink, on its right a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. You will also find a huge and bright living room with sofa corner, a fireplace and wall TV, and a large dining table.
On the upper floor there is the sleeping area which is made up of 3 double bedrooms with access to the terrace that surrounds the first floor. There are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles, one of which is inside a bedroom.
Outside the property there is a small annex with sofa bed with private bathroom.
The property is closed by a gate and offers multiple parking spaces. The large outdoor spaces are perfect for eating outside or relaxing in the hot tub.
