Villa Liam is located in one of the most panoramic areas of the island of Elba, a hill that opens into the Gulf of Portoferraio.
It is impossible not to relax, thanks to its park with a garden and its private swimming pool. A place characterized by a unique landscape, ideal for those looking for tranquillity and enchanting horizons on the sea, cradled by the Mediterranean scrub.
The villa consists of two non-communicating floors – 10/14 people.
– The upper floor consists of a large living room with windows overlooking the sea, an open space with kitchen, and a double sofa bed. Splendid sea view terrace equipped for outdoor dining. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with shower.
– The lower floor consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed; two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.
