Tenuta Santa Caterina is a completely renovated 19th century farmhouse, located in a strategic position just a few minutes from Portoferraio, Napoleon’s Residence at San Martino and some of the most beautiful beaches on Elba. Only 5 km away you can find the famous beaches of Biodola, Padulella, Capo Bianco and Sansone, all with free stretches and stretches offering facilities.
Tenuta Santa Caterina is an oasis of elegance and relaxation, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and boasting a huge citrus fruit garden.
The Suites
11 rooms are available, all equipped with every comfort with custom-made fine furnishings. All of the bedrooms are double, apart from several Suites that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The structure offers: 4 Superior Suites, 2 Deluxe Suites (larger than the Superior), 2 Junior Suites (the smallest on the estate), 2 Luxury Suites and finally, the Imperatore Suite which is an apartment.
Each Suite has its own independent entrance and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 32/43” LED TV, Smart TV, complimentary toiletries, bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and safe. Most of the bedrooms have a private outdoor space, a garden if on the ground floor or a balcony if on the first floor.
Facilities
Guests have access to an unattended private carpark, a barbecue for communal use and a large, equipped garden.
A buffet is set up in the breakfast room with homemade cakes, biscuits and typical sweet pastries, fresh bread, jams, butter, honey, yogurt, cereals, fruit salad, cold cuts and cheeses, fruit juices, milk, coffee, tea and cappuccino, locally-sourced and homemade products.
Due to its characteristics and facilities, the structure is unsuitable for families with children under 12.
