The Mandel Club Residence is located under the village of Capoliveri in Morcone, a stone’s throw from the sea and consists of two structures. The first is located 300 meters from the sea, in the green hills, in a quiet and peaceful environment, the second directly on the beach, in contact with the sea.
The residence is equipped with many comforts for your holiday: beach bar, bathing establishment with umbrellas and sunbeds, shower on the beach, restaurant, diving school, windsurf school, boat, canoe, pedal boat, Sup rental.

The apartments of the residence by the sea consist of terraced studios (for 2/3 people), two-room apartments (for 4 people), two-room villas (for max. 5 people), furnished in Old Marina style with independent entrance, equipped kitchen, TV , Wi-Fi, safe and outdoor spaces furnished for outdoor life in full harmony with nature.
Morcone beach is a sandy beach along the southern coast of the island of Elba, suitable for families with children thanks to its easy access, but also a pleasant place for young people who can practice numerous sports related to the sea.
Starting point for many boat trips to the nearby beaches or to discover the Costa dei Gabbiani with the ancient open-air iron mines, witnesses of a past that has characterized Capoliveri.
Mount Calamita, above Capoliveri, includes a 150 km long network of trails that is very suitable for bikers and every year the Legend Cup takes place, an international race as well as having been the venue for the World Cup and the Italian mountain bike championships.
The lively village of Capoliveri is just 2500 meters away. During the summer there is a connection service with the Municipality shuttle.
