Description
In Marina di Campo. Casa la Leccia was originally the cellar of the homestead. Careful renovation works have restored its original core structure, with ceilings 4 metres high with mezzanines and chestnut beams that recall the appearance of the home when it was first built in the late 1800s.
The house comprises a living room of 32 m² with two single beds which can become two double beds, a kitchen of 9 square metres (originally the oven of the house) furnished with a small table, a room of 22 m² with private bathroom and shower, and a double bed, bedside tables and a closet. There is also a second bathroom with shower which can be accessed from the living room.
The house has a paved outdoor space furnished with a table and chairs under the shadow of an almond tree and a second space for quiet meditation and to contemplate a glimpse of the sea, furnished with sunbeds under the large holly oak.
