Description
The Hotel and Residence Isola Verde nestles in a beautiful area affording wonderful views and is surrounded by mediterranean vegetation. It is situated just a few minutes away from the charming town of Marciana Marina, once a fishing village, with its quaint back streets and exclusive boutiques, its sea front lined with tamarind trees and the harbour where boats and yachts are moored.
The Isola Verde complex comprises several small buildings containing apartments and hotel rooms, all comfortably and practically furnished.
La Fenicia Beach:
Approx. 800m away is the popular pebble beach of La Fenicia with its crystal-clear waters. Sun loungers, beach umbrellas and boats for rent.

The following facilities are available to hotel and apartment guests, guaranteeing a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Residence Isola Verde: spacious lounge area, bar, internet point, private car park, restaurant, terrace with panoramic view, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi pool.
Half board is available with waiter service. Apartment guests may also take evening meal in the dining room (subject to availability).
Evening time entertainment is provided as well as a mini club for children aged 4-10. For adults evenings with musical entertainment and Piano Bar (from 15/06 to 12/09) in our bar or on our panoramic terrace. The hotel minibus is laid on at set times during the day to take guests to the local beaches. Nearby scuba diving center and sailing school. Horse riding stables and golf course approx 20km away.

The hotel standard double rooms all have shower room with hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, air-conditioning, (balcony on request). Apartments may be rented out as hotel rooms (called Family Room & Grand Family Room).

The studio apartments (Family Room), which sleep 4 (28msq approx.), have living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed and two single sofa beds, shower room.
The studio plus apartments (Family Room), which sleep 4 (29msq approx.), have living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed and two single sofa beds, shower room.
The 2 rooms apartments (Grand Family Room) one-bed roomed apartments, which sleep 5 (30msq approx.), have living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, double bedroom with extra single sofa bed, shower room.
Small animals admitted on request. Supplement € 5,00 per day.
