B&B Casa del Pescatore that’s what we call our house of residence, where in the summer we rent a two-room and a one-room apartment of about 35 and 15 square metres.
The two-roomed flat is divided into a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped walled kitchen and a TV from which you reach a small bedroom with a double bed.
Independent entrance from the private terrace equipped for eating outside from the southern part of the garden of our private house, which is only 200 metres from the beach of Marina di Campo. Very popular with families with small children for whom we offer a cot or travel cot.
The studio apartment is located immediately around the corner from the house, always entering from the garden. Having an open space equipped for having breakfast or an aperitif and simply relaxing outdoors, it is the ideal solution for 1 or 2 people with its room with a double bed, TV, minibar with microwave and coffee machine.
The ideal location of our house is convenient, flat and only 600 metres from the historic centre of Marina di Campo, which can be reached by a beautiful walk along the seafront promenade and where you will find numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies and only 800 metres away is the historic harbour from where our new tourist fishing boat departs.

Our house is located at the entrance of the village of Marina di Campo coming from Portoferraio and going towards the sea and the beach, in the locality Chiuso Torto, a quiet area with little traffic in the middle of the Gulf of Marina di Campo.
We offer a private parking space in front of the house and a part of the garden of about 25 square metres with barbecue, bike rack with 28′ Holland-type bicycles and water source with outdoor shower to rinse off the soft sand of the beach.
The 2 private terraces are equipped and are for the exclusive use of each room.
The 2 bicycles equipped with padlocks and lighting, available for each room on request also with baby and child seats, are kept in the garden and are available to our guests with a deposit for responsible use.
Inside the two-room apartment, ideal for 2 persons and 2 children, we offer:

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Small animals are allowed on request.
Bed linen and towels are available on request.
We are an Italian/German family living here all year round. The rooms have been separated from our house in order to rent them out in the summer season. We are available for all your needs and to give you advice on how to have a wonderful holiday.
Possibility of outings with our new fishing-tourism boat ‘ISELBA IV’, beautiful and unique in Marina di Campo, with lots of valuable information and experiences about fishing and a tasting of the catch and other specialities with local wines and products served on board. Music and fun with swimming in the sea, snorkelling or just relaxing and being pampered by the sea.
