It is the an enchanting place, rich in the colours and scents of the Mediterranean maquis, where you can spend relaxing holidays immersed in the unspoilt nature of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
The apartments
Residenza nel Parco consists of 6 independent two-room flats of 42 square metres, all with a sea view over the bay of Pareti and a 25 square metre covered veranda.
The flats, sleeping a maximum of 4, consist of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and are equipped with TV, air conditioning, safe, and Wi-Fi internet.
Private outdoor area equipped with 2 sun loungers, table and chairs for dining al fresco while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Stella Gulf and Monte Capanne.
At guests’ disposal: large private parking area, coin-operated washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower, children’s play area and private road (200m) with direct access to the sea.
Unfortunately we have chosen not to accept animals.
Bus service to the town centre and to the beaches of Capoliveri 30 metres away.
Pareti beach, partly free and partly equipped, has a bar/restaurant and a famous diving centre. Pizzeria/restaurant 800 metres away, tennis 500 metres away.
The owners, famed for their professional standards and cordiality, will be happy to welcome and advise you, letting you in on all the secrets of their splendid Elba island.
