The Apartments Paul & Shark are perfect for those who love a beach holiday but not only. In fact, located in the seaside village of Marciana Marina, they are the ideal accommodation both for reaching the sea and for a nice walk in nature and among the granite boulders of Monte Capanne and Monte Perone, but also for those who love to discover the flavors and the traditions of the villages.
Shark is a three-room apartment with new furnishings and attention to detail a few steps from the center of Marciana Marina. The apartment is on two levels:
– On the ground floor there is a large and bright kitchen equipped with a fridge and oven.
– On the lower floor (basement) which can be reached via an internal staircase, there is instead the sleeping area with two bedrooms with double bed and one single bed, and a comfortable bathroom in the room with shower cubicle (one also with hydromassage tub). In both bedrooms there is air conditioning, for a fee.
At guests’ disposal there is also a washing machine, LCD TV, a large outdoor patio, equipped for outdoor dining and a small garden.
Paul is a two-room apartment a few steps from the center of Marciana Marina consisting of a small living room with a sofa, LCD TV and air conditioning (for a fee), a kitchen which is accessed via a sliding door complete with fridge, oven and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a foldaway single bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. Then the outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a small but well-kept garden are very comfortable.
The property does not have a private parking space but it is possible to park comfortably in a public car park in the immediate vicinity.
