Apartments Paolina at Redinoce Beach, Island of Elba :
Between Procchio and Marciana Marina, at Redinoce, the Paolina Apartments form a small complex immersed in the tranquillity and greenery of the Mediterranean maquis. They comprise 3 adjacent one-room apartments and a four-room apartments standing just 70 metres from the sandy beach and rocks overlooking the famous Paolina island.
The three one-room apartments are independent and recently renovated. They comprise a well equipped kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with double bed or twin beds and armchair-bed, to accommodate up to three people.
Two of the one-room apartments can be connected or can be arranged as a two-room apartment, with kitchen corner, lounge with sofa and armchairs, dining area, bedroom and two bathrooms, sleeping a total of 4/5 people.
The four-room apartment is a ground-floor apartment of approx. 70 square metres, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with two sofas, low table, sideboard, and long console with smart TC, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower
The furnishings, chosen with attention to detail by the owner, make this home warm and welcoming.
A 30 sq. m. terrace overlooking the green Mediterranean scrubland is furnished with a dining table with chairs and armchairs for relaxing. Between the flat and the terrace, the road leading to the beach passes where only the few cars of the residents pass.
All apartments have air-conditioning/heating, LCD TV, wi-fi, mosquito blinds, and an outdoor dining area with tables and chairs.
A parking space is reserved for each apartment.
Pets are welcome.
The Redinoce beach, at which guests enjoy special rates, is equipped with umbrellas, cabins and a bar which also serves food.
Moorings are available for small boats. Canoe and pedal-boat hire.
