Situated on the beautiful island of Elba and at a few meters from the sea (Portoferraio area) lies the apartment complex “Appartamenti La Quercia”.
La Quercia is a building in very best condition and is divided in:
– a 2-room apartment Gelsomino
– a 1-room apartment Mimosa.
The villa has a large parking area and a beautiful garden with large trees and plants. The villa is open all year round and is an ideal place to spend your holidays on the island.

2-room apartment Gelsomino
The apartment is located on the right side of the villa and can accommodate from 3 to 4 guests.
It has two rooms (a large living room and a bedroom) and a bathroom with shower.
Studio apartment Mimosa
The studio is located on the left side of the villa and can accommodate 2 guests. It has a large room with kitchenette, pull-out double sofa bed, table, chairs, wardrobe.
The apartment, as well as the 1-room flat disposes of a large balcony, covered by a gazebo with table and chairs, immersed in the dense and beautiful local vegetation.
On request it is possible to rent the apartments for overnight stay only, without kitchen use, for a minimum of 2 nights.
